TriumphX, a developer of a cross-chain-based decentralized NFT platform, announced that Byundaeyong’s work has been released as an NFT.

So far, he has been actively working with more than 40 individual exhibitions, more than 20 group exhibitions, and nearly 10 collaboration exhibitions, as well as numerous awards. In particular, through two exhibitions recently held in 2021, “Journey in search of ice cream” (Guri Art Hall/Gyeonggi-do) and “Bear’s Bear Hug (Busan Library/Busan),” the ‘polar bear writer’ or ‘ice cream writer’ was presented to the public and became widely known.
Artist Byundaeyong talks about the white bear in his work in the work notes of <My Bear> (2020 solo exhibition).
“In the early days of making bears, the main story was about the environment. However, as time passed, he began to focus on the human hemp, which on the surface seemed to be talking about the environment, but had the appearance of a bear. In today’s world, where the situation of animals and humans does not seem to be very different, it may be that the image of white bears is telling people’s stories. … My bear tried to express the most precious and cherished object through an animal, the white bear. Thinking about whether that object will be delivered to the viewer as a variety of objects… ”
TriumphX has hired Byundaeyong as a new artist and released his first NFT work as the ADORABLE BEAR series. Meanwhile, the NFT series published by TriumphX tried to express the world of lively works by digitizing the artist’s work and adding animation effects. Fans who have been exposed to his sculptures with a scale of over 2m said that they have great anticipation to be able to collect them as NFTs through this digital work.
Artist Byundaeyong ADORABLE BEAR NFT series will be released in a limited edition of 88 limited editions of 6 works each, and will be released sequentially at ENFTEE, Sole-X, and OpenSea.
TriumphX has recently opened a unique NFT project that introduces the works of artists with autism to the world through NFT, gaining popularity. This project also presented a new way to store digital wallets and digital collection pages with NFT for fans of the artist who cannot own large sculptures. TriumphX said that it will continue to think about the scalability of NFT so that artists can share and expand their creativity in various ways.
